Another list gentleman kindly pointed out that I used the wrong terminology
in my last post.  "RW" discs do not use "dye", but use a crystalline
metallic compound that can be changed from an amorphous to a crystalline
state (to absorb or reflect light).  

Thanks to KA4INM for catching my error and sorry for any confusion.  It's
what happens when you think you know too much and are too lazy do a quick
check and verify your data <g>.
