[Hallicrafters] S-40 and S-40A dial string

I rather suspect that the bandspread stringing information found in the original, "military style" manual for the S-40 -- is the real thing. This manual is much more complete than any other Halli civilian manual ever, for any model.
This manual is on BAMA.
