Thank you Mike and Lee and Joe who has offered to copy a
decent manual for me. This is about what I was hoping for. I
have a Vibroplex key, non-iambic, for it. It will be
interesing to see if I can use it, I am so used to bugs.
Iambic keys don't make sense to me, but evidently people
like them.
I was a little surprized to win this thing. If the
photos are honest its pretty clean. I also am a boatanchor
person. The key will be used mostly with a Drake B line rig.
Now, I have several Hallicrafters receivers, including
the S-38B my parents bought me new after nagging for about a
month, but have never had a Hallicrafters transmitter. From
what I can find out some of the late SSB stuff was extremely
well engineered.
