   To those requesting copies of the handbook. What was 
offered to me was a copy on paper of an original. I don't 
want to volunteer someone else's work. Ideally  the manual 
should be scanned and put on BAMA but I don't have it and 
don't want to ask someone else to do the work. I should not 
have posted about it to the list.
