[Hallicrafters] Short metal tube mystery

Ther was a R-9er from Millen which used a 6AK5 but wasnt a plug in.

The S-9er was a May and August 1956 CQ item with a cascode 6BQ7/6BK7 which 
later became the Nuvistaplug using a pair of 6CW4's in the same circuit.

Probably a few others were advertised or in articles.

The SS Tubsters were available later for Drake and Collins.
