[Hallicrafters] GROL (PG) license

Those FSDO guys or gals or whatever, what a joke.  Must be a new guy/gal 
in Avionics.  The requirement is the GROL.  Wonder if (s) he believes 
you need to reweigh in order to calculate modified Weight and Balance 
when adding a CHT gauge?
