[Hallicrafters] Restoration of front panels!

Hallicrafters SX-99's are screened on the inside and I can verify that
Windex WILL clean off the lettering! I was not pleased I didn't know that
one. So now when I think about cleaning the glass on my SX-100, I go do
something else.

NC-183D dial glasses are screened on the outside! Windex with ammonia can
clean the nomenclature off.

 I have an immediate need for a SX-71, SX-73, NC-183D, Johnson
 Adventurer,
and DX-35. Lots of others could use a fresh panel.
