Contact Charlie Talbot, K3ICH.    pincon at erols.com     He has them for sale. They are specially made for the FPM-300 and work great.  Make sure all switches are in the proper positions when replacing the belt.

Not familiar with the -300 but Radio Daze (www.radiodaze.com) has kits
o make any size drive belt for repairing antique radios.  The rubber
elting ia square cross-section, about 3/32 or 1/8 on a side.  Included
s a bottle of cyanoacrylate glue.  Cut off what you need and glue ends
ogether.  Works nicely on antique Zenith sets.  Might be what you need.
