Not familiar with the -300 but Radio Daze (www.radiodaze.com) has kits
to make any size drive belt for repairing antique radios.  The rubber
belting ia square cross-section, about 3/32 or 1/8 on a side.  Included
is a bottle of cyanoacrylate glue.  Cut off what you need and glue ends
together.  Works nicely on antique Zenith sets.  Might be what you need.
