Brought home a really clean unit today with original manual, power cord and
a funky CB mike.

Two issues immediately come to view:

1.  The rubber belt is flaking into little chunks.

2.  The front panel has some worn letters.

What is the current fix for the belt problem?
Any front panels available from donor sets?

Other suggestions?
