[Hallicrafters] ebay SX-88 - Wow!

I think the leaky old caps just sound better on AM. Those modern
Orange Drop things sound so clinical and lifeless :-)

In my limited experience, the old resistors (especially the higher
value ones) in these Hallicrafters are usually way off, too: so much
so that it always makes me wonder how the circuit can work at all,
even poorly. Perhaps it's not so critical after all?
