[Hallicrafters] SX-62A Alignment

I've run into the same symptoms on the 3 SX-62's and 62A's I've done. If
the radio still has the BBOD's (Black Beauties of Death) caps, it could
explain part of the problem, as they've shifted tolerance so far out (and
are most likely leaky as heck), that the trimmers won't get you close. I
ran into the same situation on the 500 kc xtal calibrator - the xtal had
aged so far, that I had to "rubber" the xtal with a trimmer cap ACROSS the
legs, to get it to zero.

Another thing that seemed to help was to "wash out" the trimmers with 99.8%
isopropyl alcohol - it occured to me that DeOxit is not only a contact
cleaner, but contact "enhancer" as well, thus becomes conductive at RF
(usually only in SWAN 500's - boy was that fun), so I bathed the offending
trimmers with alcohol (heck, it always makes ME feel better), and fixed two
of 'em with the treatment.

My biggest "no effect trimmer" problem was on the FM band (54-108 mcs) -
never could get it to work right - finally had to remove the slug from the
coil to get it close enough.
