Joe,

I have to mostly agree with what you've been sent on the group.

I currently have an SX-101 Mark III.  In its "proper" and original 
configuration, I do NOT get very much drift from her.

This is a design function provided by TWO items.

1) The 1st oscillator is always on when plugged in.

2) The Damp Chaser maintains constant temp across the entire front end 
from down below.

It becomes a matter as to whether you want to sell one off and make a 
few $$$, OR if you have developed a personal preference of one over the 
other.
