[Hallicrafters] Alignment Tools

I need a sturdy nonmetallic screw driver to adjust the screw in tubular
ceramic capacitors.  The usual plastic screw driver in the alignment tool
sets and the fiberglass screw drives won't do the job.  These screws are
about a #10 in size.  I have insulated the shaft of a regular screw driver
to prevent shorting of the adjusting screw, but I would really like to have
a nonmetallic one.

Any suggestions?
