[Hallicrafters] SX-24 on "the site"

The subject receiver was oversprayed beige somehow. Other views show the  
usual gray. However, most companies would paint something in other colors by  
special order provided you paid the cost. It was not unusual for agencies to  
order a small production run of something in a special color and the company  
would of course honor the special request for a fee. Several years ago at an AWA  
conference we saw a National HR0-5 with original hammertone gray paint when  
we thought they were all black crackle.
