A real horror story:

I was at a hamfest today and spotted a really nice SX-23 in the back of a 
truck.  I asked if it was for sale and was told that the owner just got it 
yesterday.  I enquired if I could ask what he paid for it and the answer was $10.00. 
TEN DOLLARS!!!  The fellow said that he runs ads in the local paper wanting 
old radios and somebody called him and offered him the SX-23 if he would haul 
it away!.  I guess it pays to advertise.

I am going somewhere and cry!
