Skip,

Both of these issues were addressed in depth several years ago. You might 
try doing a search via the HHI web site and see what turns up. The storage 
time used to be thirty months, but it has been increased to nearly sixty 
months, so I am told.

In any case, please print the solutions you get here to the list Skip. It 
would be great for all to have a chance to read it again. Thanks!
