Yes it Does, What I did with mine was remove the grill, & clean off all the 
paint. It was a grey shaded paint, & was so old chipped that it came off in 
the dishwasher. I then bead blasted grill & cabinet, Painted the cabinet 
Flat grey, & clearcoated the grills. & the speaker looks very good. Be sure 
to centre grills in cabinet upon reassembly.
