I know everybody has their favorite shipper, but I've had good luck with =
UPS and their "foam pillow" concept.  The "Customer Svc. Centers" (not =
the UPS stores), have cartons for sale, as well as catalytic-activated =
foam packs "Pillows", that make custom packing for oddball shapes (like =
SX-62, SX-71, S-20, etc.) a slam-dunk.  The pricing for the packs is =
listed here (prices may vary according to location).  The good part, is =
that you end up with a custom-fitted shipping container for the NEXT =
one.

For future reference (it took me a week and a lot of frustration, =
dealing with idiots, to get this info)

Large Box (fits SX-62, SX-71, S22, etc.)    $8.00

Foam (Catalytic) Packs:

Small      3.00
Medium   4.00
Large      4.50
X-Large    5.00

The S20R I just shipped took two large and a couple of small packs.  =
