I furnish custom foam lined 24x22x15 500 pound double walled RSC standard boxes and have for several years. They meet UPS requirements for 150 pound shipping weight. I have some that have made up to 10 trips and no damage claims yet. They are $50.00 plus UPS for OS 1 as 30 pounds. Hank KN6DI
