Duane,
Thank you from bringing this up as there have been a number of times I
wanted to ship something and could not find the proper box. I had noted some
of the smaller machine tools I have came in boxes similar to what you
describe and thought that would be a great way to ship things if I could
ever find such.
If anyone thinks $19 a heavy custom box is expensive they should go to one
of the places that will "pack and ship" for you. The cost would be several
times that for just strong boxes.
