[Hallicrafters] S38 safety

Fair enough, but I wanted to do a mod that would preserve classic look 
and period tech, which a polarized plug WAS available in period, merely 
not taken advantage of by the folk at Hallicrafters for reasons I cannot 
fathom. I guess they did not consider that they might be electrocuting a 
paying customer?
