[Hallicrafters] HT-44 neutralizing capacitor

I believe that is the same capacitor used in my SR-400A. I buggered one
trying to neutralize the beast, and the second time around had a friend make
a custom tuning wand. He made dentures for local dentists, and used the
pink material to make a tool that exactly fit the end of the stem, and was
slim enough to fit through a vent hole in the top of the final amplifier
cage. My replacement capacitor had the flat, paddle shaped stem end, so a
normal tuning wand wouldn't work. Most tuning wands strong and stiff enough
to do the job don't fit through those holes, anyway.
