[Hallicrafters] Dial String "twang" on an SX-130

Any time a pulley has more than one turn of cord around it, this problem
will crop up. I'm willing to bet that in the original "stringing" of the
cord no more than one turn was used on any pulley. If the cord is slipping
the pulley needs to be cleaned. It's probably oily or dusty.

A woven dial cord will work much better that fishing line, dental floss, or
any other such substitutes. Also, a bit of rosin (as used on a string
instrument) on the dial cord can eliminate slippage, and insinuates itself
into the weave.
