[Hallicrafters] Dial String "twang" on an SX-130

Here's a fix for the twanging dial string problem I asked about the
other day. I got this
tip from an antique radio forum, and it worked really well for my SX-130.
1) Carefully remove the dial string
2) Clean all pulleys and spindles so there is no oil or dirt on them
3) Take one of those old wax paper capacitors and, holding one end
of the cord against the wax, pull the cord through, against the
capacitor, so applying a thin coat of the wax to the string.
4) Re-string (the tricky bit)
Voila: no more twanging :-)
