The HT1E was a Vietnam era military radio.
Military radio instruction manuals came with "destruction" information.  Cut
wires, break tubes, use thermite grenades, bash with hammers and axes......
The "destruct" button on the Halli radio blew a fuse or caused some other
low level problem.....
