[Hallicrafters] re: SR-150 RIT knobs missing. Need help locating replacements

I picked up a Hallicrafters SR-150 transceiver and it is missing the RIT 
control knobs which consist of a lever for the switch on the outside 
shaft of the dual concentric control, and the octagonal knob with 
aluminum inlay for the inside shaft of same.
I have looked at surplus outlets and current catalogs and can't find 
anything close.
