I've never heard of this item, Scott. Please elaborate? I do have the
Johnson attenuator with my Desk, but I've never heard of an accessory
speech amp? Was this meant to drive the 810s? I've always been curious
as to why the Desk made it almost all the way to 'transmitter' status
with the 4-250 amp section and 810 modulators, but stopped short with
no VFO/exciter unit and ended up being referred to as just an
amplifier.
