I published a resource Book entitled "The Amateur Radio mail Order Catalog
and Resource Directory" in 1994 (on my own) and in 1996 with The ARRL.  If
you have a copy in your library there is an extensive list of book stores
(new, used) which is probably still good.  John Hart published the book
before me (1993).

I have the original manuscripts and can scan them if need be or just list
out a few for members to check.
