Here is the reply I received from Max De Henseler in Switzerland: 	
	
Duane , to my knowledge I dont know of any copy
available. The book went into several printing and after to the final CD. I
have just one copy myself. I had bought few years ago some copies but gave
them all away.

PS I had the book printed at my own expenses and gave all of them to ARCA
(at that time).
	
	
DBF Suggestion: Check with smaller privately owned book stores that do handle
used books. I have found copies of several out of print books on various Amateur
Radio topics there.
