[Hallicrafters] SX-15 Audio Transformer Replacement

Hi Rich,

Another Hallicrafters surprise.  There were some SX-15s that had a tuning 
eye.  I have one in my collection.  I came close to selling it since, although it 
was a very neat job, it smacked as a modification. Then I discovered there 
were others, too. What made me think it was a mod was that the position of the 
eye escutheon is about 1/16th closer to the main tuning dial than the 
bandspread dial escutheon.
It is possible that the eye was offered as an after market kit, either by 
Hallicrafters or some other outfit.  That I don't know, but if anyone has any 
input on that, please post to the list.
