[Hallicrafters] Capacitor identification. - go 630V or higher

I had three of them go bad in an HT 44 that was less than a year old.
Driver to final coupling cap and two bypass caps in the driver circuit.

I also had two go bad in the matching SX 117 receiver which I had also 
purchased new.

Being both were purchased at the same time and the caps were all 0.01 as I 
recall makes me think they may have gotten in a bad batch. Unfortunately 
they worked for a little less than a year in the transmitter and a bit over 
a year in the receiver.
