[Hallicrafters] Capacitor identification. - go 630V or higher

Waldo,

Use 630V Capacitors and replace everyone of them,that is not a Mica or a Ceramic capacitor.

Warning, the Micas and the Ceramics can be bad too, took me a lot of time to locate a leaky
ceramic cap in a SX-111, causing a loud annoying crackle on strong signals, should have replaced
them all in the first place.

I work through the Radio with the Circuit diagram in front of me and use a highlighter pen on the
circuit to mark off what I have replaced. This is good for finding "modifications" that should be
reversed. These rigs were very well designed in the first place....
