[Hallicrafters] Capacitor identification.

I've been UNable to find the voltage color code for color bands 4 and 5
for the "Black Beauty" capacitors. In the SX-100 I am looking at there
appear to be 3 sizes of black beauties - all have 5 color bands. The
first three bands give the capacitance value, the forth band is black
(I think - it's faded), then there is a space followed by a fifth band
which is either blue or red in the capacitors I see. There are three
sides: 0.305 in. Dia. x 1 in. Len., 0.443 in. Dia. x 1 3/16 in. Len.,
and 0.615 in. Dia. x 1 3/4 in. Len.
My questions are: Does the color code specify the voltage rating, or
does the size specify the voltage rating, or is it a combination?

Sort of a related question is that I also see "Black Cat" (black body)
and "Tiny Chief" (red body) both with values stamped on them. The
Black Cat and Tiny Chief are molded capacitors and look pretty much
like the Black Beauties. Are all three of these capacitor types to be
considered the same - namely REPLACE?

Thanks,
