[Hallicrafters] Looking for halli knob

My HT-19 project is nearing completition and I am now trying to find the
final tuning knob.  This is the same as the tuning knobs used on the
SX-62, 43 and others.  It is black with a gold/copper color trim color
on the front edge of the knob.  If you have one available please let me
know!

I am also still trying to find a case for this unit.  It is the same
size as used by the SX-62, 101, HT-32 series.
