[Hallicrafters] S-22R Completed.

After more than a year of putting of the electrical restoration of a S-22R.
I completed the cap replacement, most resistors and frayed wires. Done an
alignment on this receiver and brought it up on the variac. To my surprise,
I am quite amazed as to what this little Halli will do. Not any bells and
whistles but the performance is amazing for this receiver. I have a couple
of other S-22R's but none run quite as good as this one. Now all I have to
do is the cosmetics. Guess I will have to start to do another 22R.
Any comments on this fine Hallicrafters?
