[Hallicrafters] SX-15 & SX-16's rarity

I don't have it in my possession as of yet, but it's
on its way. It looks too good to be a homebrew mod. I
really think it's a factory variation of a standard
SX-15. I'll know better next week. I would guess that
the holes in the face plate were punched rather than
drilled. I'll look for indications of this, check the
finish around the hole of the eye tube, and other bits
of engineering minutia that a homebrewer might not do
unless they were a machinist or such.
Once I finish my assessment, we can compare notes.
