[Hallicrafters] SX-15 & SX-16's rarity

I  picked up an SX-17 about 4 years ago and used it for a while. It had
been recapped and was in nice shape but not perfect. Got tired of it and
sold it on Ebay for $400 in 2001. I kept my SX-9 and SX-11 as they think
they are neater radios (older too). Have seen two at the the Arizona
hamfests over the past three years which is not bad considering their
are few hams compared to other parts of the country.
