[Hallicrafters] 6V6's - NOS or newly manufactured??

Good morning all

I am in process of adding some Halli receivers to the shack, so i need to
get some spare octal tubes. I see that some suppliers (example AES) are
selling newly manufactured 6V6's and 6SN7's, plus other high-end audio
tubes, in addition to NOS. These seem to be made in Russia, China or eastern
Europe, and have brand-names i know nothing about (i mean "Groove Tubes"???
Ruby???)

Do any of you boatanchor gurus have any knowledge of whether these are
preferable to NOS?? Yair, how long is a piece of string... The thing is, the
prices of the new 6V6's are not that much more than NOS, but

1) do the new tubes last longer? failure-prone heaters, etc?

2) are they "up to spec"? noisy?

3) are some of the new brands preferable to others?

Or is all of this strictly for the golden-eared audio gang...
