[Hallicrafters] SX 101A and phones

Gee ...didn't mean to start a controversy! Here is the
URL for the phones I found. 600 ohm mono (1/4" plug!!)
communications phones. The only downside I can see is that the frequency
response goes down to 20 herz.

I have since tried my phones with the mono adapter in my HQ129X and HQ140X,
both of which have been thoroughly recapped and do not hum through the
speakers....through the low z stereo phones....hum like crazy.
