[Hallicrafters] SX-111 Crystal Calibrator

The crystal calibrator on my SX-111 doesn't seem to be operating.  The 
tube checks ok (V301 - 6AU6) and all of the components in the sub 
chassis have the correct values.  The pin 1 grid voltage should be -36v 
but measures 0v.  The plate voltage is low (41v meas. to book value of 
66v) and the G2 voltage meas. high 123v (book 94v).
  The crystal looks alright but is there a way of testing it 
independently?
Any suggestions on what to check further?
