I didn't know that the Lafayett stuff was so obscure.
The HE-71 is a Crystal controlled 2M down converter to 7 to 11 Mc out.
The lable makers on it says it covers137 to148 and would indicate that
this one as tuned 145,26 - 148.26
Made in Japan 110VAC , connectors for 2M ant. , main ant. , output (RCA)
and a set of shorted screw terms labled 'remote'.  SR# 3090019  Also has
some previous owners SS# on back
