Yep.
That is what it is. Allows you to put a 3.2 or 8 Ohm speaker on the 500-600
Ohm outputs of receivers that don't have a low Z speaker connection, such as
the SX62, R-390A, SP-600 etc. It IS NOT an audio output transformer
designed to replace the output transformers of receivers etc. Those
typically have primaries with impedances, of 2500, 4000, 5000 Ohms etc and
are often center tapped for push/pull.
