It appears to me from the Ebay picture of that item:

That it is an auto transformer meant to match a 500 ohm line to a voice 
coil, and not meant for push pull audio output service. It appears to have 
two solder connections for the 500 ohm input and three wires for the two 
voice coil impedances.
