[Hallicrafters] Capacitors and HT-37

No, the ones in the 37 are not oil filled.  They're big orange axial
electrolytics.

Personally, I'd save the originals for the "purist", and put in replacement
caps without putting anymore holes in the radio.   The caps are under the
chassis, and I have yet to have anyone come into my shack and ask to haul
the 37 onto the bench for a looksie under the skirt !!

Uh oh, I bet I started something with THAT comment !!
