[Hallicrafters] Dragging HT-37 Freq. needle problem fixed.

Thank you to those of you that offered suggestions for the
problem I was having with the pointer dragging on the
frequency dial of my HT-37.  The solution was fairly
simple - I placed a washer under the forward two screws
of the bracket holding the tuning capacitor - this tilted the
assembly back and gave the needle clearance.
