[Hallicrafters] SX-28 sensitivity on 10-15 meters?

By the way, the balun coils that my local friend
obtained from the Cable TV supply company (and that I
have been using for the past year, or so), has the
brand name "Regal" and model "T 75" on it. The only
other thing is a statement that reads "Property of
Cable TV Co. Do not remove. Made in Malaysia."

Those work great! They are blue in color and are
about 2 inches long including the type "F" coaxial
jack but not including the twin lead. The twin lead
is about another 2 inches long including the terminal
lugs on the ends.

Also, I have used some that were completely unmarked
that came from Radio Shack that worked fine as well.
Of course when dealing with Radio Shack, anything
goes! Have used some that came with things like VCRs
that worked fine as well on 160 meters and higher
frequencies.

I do use commercially manufactured type "F" to BNC
female adapters to make 50 ohm coax connecting easy.
