Point well taken, Glenn. I know cable uses considerably lower
frequencies than off-the-air TV. I don't know what the unit I
tested was but it could well have been a broadcast unit that
only had to work down to 54 MHz! I just wanted to make the
point that just grabbing a brand X balun and throwing it on
the input might not work as well as expected.
