[Hallicrafters] Comments on BPL due before July 7

I admit this is not BA related, and am prepared for any chastisement from
Duane,  but please remember to send your comments to the FCC about the BPL
(Broadband over Power Line) NOI (Notice of Inquiry)!!!

This is important to all amateurs.

As of today (Tuesday 6 PM EDT), there were only 1415 comments.   There are
650,000+ licensed amateurs in the United States!!
