[Hallicrafters] Comments on BPL due before July 7

Thank you Mark. I agree. However it is easy to see why apathy has set in as 
most government agencies AND IN PARTICULAR the FCC has become so incredibly 
unresponsive to citizens. Clearly the FCC is bought and owned by business 
entities and is no longer interested in the interests of anything except 
corporations such as Clear Channel, Time Warner et alia.

Yes, let's be vocal, however I have my doubts about its effectiveness.
